I could find a use for this, but it seems dangerous. Is it safe to use this? Will it corrupt saves?

It's client-sided, and its completely harmless. I don't know where you got that idea.

Um, how do you use it, i entered the numbers in the gui then acitvated custom shift and it moves normally.

I found this goes very well with the duplicator in AAA Airport, As in me and Darkmaster making lights on the runway, He shifted it 8 studs everytime, It was epic and fast!
