Why? Because it's very annoying downloading a mod, just to have to load a game, look at it, just to decide if you wanted to download it in the first place.

However the comments seem promissing, so I'll DL it anyway.

PS: I also do "No pix no clix" because IT IS NOT HARD TO ADD AN IMAGE -- I don't understand why any modder wouldn't! It's always a good thing. (Unless your mod sucks are your trying to trick people)
