Teacher Mod

Don't you hate it when you're in a school RP and you're trying to let the teacher talk but everyone's interrupting and screaming? Well now you can prevent that! It's simple, actually. Here's how it works:

Basically, once you want to set someone as a teacher you use a simple command it makes that person the teacher. Now, everyone is muted but the teacher and admins. If a student wishes to answer a question or ask a question, they may use a command to raise their hand. Then, it will announce "<Name> has raised their hand." Of course, you must wait 15 seconds to raise your hand again in order to prevent spam. Once a teacher wishes to let any student talk, he again, uses a command and the teacher and the student may talk.

Here are the commands (All <'s and >'s are for demonstration purposes only, do not use them in the actual command) :

To make someone a teacher - /muteall <Teachers name>
To raise your hand - /raisehand
To let someone speak - /talk <Students name>
To re-mute the student - /talk
To un-mute everyone - /muteall
