TestTeam Event

The new and improved (read: actually functional) doTeam event!

For backwards compatibility, this still has the doTeam event, it's just not where the meaty-meat lies. This time I actually tested all the various objects.

What's old:
The doTeam output event hasn't changed at all, nor have the diff/match input events.

What's new:
The doTeam event works properly now, and there's a new TestTeam event which functions the same as doTeam, but ranges from 1-6 instead of 0-5.

For anyone who thinks this mod is totally and completely replaceable by VCE, I have two words: Just spawned.

Who cares about Slayer. There is nothing diffrent about Slayer than a normal minigame, Slayer is just TDM + SetDefaultMinigame + Dedicated Minigame.
