It's basically a staff for pimps. You can wack people and look like a playa at the same time. I thought of this idea when me and my friend was having a little "I'm the pimp and you are my hooker." 2 minute RP. I was like "This would be better if I had a staff." Well, I made a staff. So wack them ladies when they don't give you their prostitute money.
You aren't able to really see the item in first-Person looking up completely straight. Sorry I couldn't fix that.
