I made this for my zombie RP and i thought you guys might like it!
It looks like my marine decal..

CEDA is "civil emergency defense agency"

Its just my old marine decal without the shoulder pad and
it has some more pouches on it..
And its has CEDA instead USMC

This is awesome work, I really love it. I suggest you remove the 'CEDA' tag and post this in a white version, dark gray, and black, for military RP purposes. Maybe even arctic, woodland, desert camo, etc.

You just copied the military decal and slapped on, "CEDA" You don't deserve a high rating, if at all.

Its not the greatest...CEDA agents are in full white, no gray or black on it at all, but very good effort.
