Fake Kill Wand

A simple tool that turns all connected bricks near the one you hit into physics bricks for 9 seconds, letting you make neat contraptions, Rube Goldberg-like sequences or just watch things fall to the ground.

- Used by the command /killwand
- Bricks painted with "Pearl" FX are unaffected, for supports or solid areas
- Can only fake-kill once per second
- Limit 40 bricks at a time for non-admins, 240 for admins
- Only adds one datablock (A yellow Destructo Wand)

Won "Best Add-On" of Truce's 1024 Byte Scripting Contest (it's been changed a little since then but still comes in at 935 characters)

Dis is cool, liken for example, one could shoot a gun that can't break anything at a building, and have somebody ACTUALLY break up the building with this!

i've used this before LONG LONG ago, and i recently got it again (comp crash...) but for some reason it wont show up in addons. can someone please help? i dont know whats wrong. i did it before so it must work. right!?
