its pretty decent but theres a face pack with combine in it with colored shades like lime cyan and stuff i cant find it though... but thx for that i guess i can make due with it thought its REALLY close to what they look like anyway... copyright?

Okay this is not just 2 decals it includes many Decals and the faces are being uploaded soon.

Doesn't fit the Blocko theme.

In hl2, if you talk to the people getting food at the train station, one of them says "I'm thinking of JOINING civil protection to get a decent meal." The combine are half-alien half-human part robot morph... Scary shit.

got eyes wrong the only combine soilder that has the red eye is the one with the one eye and they wont work says theyre unpackaged

This is hard to explain. All of the combine officers that you see are humans. They are given extra food by the overlords. In fact, the only evil aliens in half life 2 are the headcrabs and the advisors. SPOILER ALERT which one kills Eli in half life 2 episode 2.

Look, let me make this clear. Metrocops are not Combine. They are humans that merely take on the menial work of pushing around citizens. The Combine, on the other hand, are aliens from a distant planet of which they create a portal and capture Earth in approx. 7 hours. The Combine Elite's one eyepiece is a little hard to explain. Same combine human, different suit. That is all.
