This is a close, but not an exact replica of the map gm_construct from the sandbox game Garry's Mod.
This map features:
Water
Being aligned to the brick grid for a better building experience or if you just feel like blocking doorways for whatever reason
A room that is completely white
A motivational poster in one of the rooms
Areas both big and small to build in, plus an upper grassy area

Ya.I'm gonna make a game called BMod with this =D
It's not true. It has been 99.99% proven to not be true. For starters, there's nothing about it in the folder, plus it uses an old model, and there's more facts.

I'm working on the buildings, but they won't be added for some time
Blended terrain with the interior model
Adjusted terrain to have that hill leading up to the escalated path on the other side of the map
Aligned doorways and other parts to the brick grid for a better building experience
Adjusted player spawn point to be closer to the ground
Adjusted wall textures
Slight lighting adjustments
Somehow managed to fix some lighting errors as well as creating a new one by accident
I think i a
GM_Construct does have trees and a water tower, but the trees don't have leaves, but i plan on using trees that have leaves

I wanted this map to be builder friendly, so it's better off that you have all this space to build rather than having buildings and trees clogging up the area
