@dorkdotan: Not trying to flame, but, if you watched the resident evil movies(preferably the first) it would tell you that zombies are the reliving dead, or un-dead. And as a result of the revive, there brain would be damaged from the virus (t-virus) thus resorting them to their primal instincts, the need to feed. Meaning they would eat your entire body and still want more. Can't imagine how they poo though...
