This is more advanst and better model, its not just a tube with curved ends half painted, its actually a pill bottle with a label, and this is a topic for an item that has no picture, how ODD!

this looks nothing like the pill bottle in l4d, he re-made it, but the reason the first one was a curved end tube and half painted was because the l4d pill bottle is just that, a curved tube that is half painted, it looks good for other things but for l4d i'm still using the default l4d pill bottle because it's a default l4d bottle
