Chat Voice
Information:
THIS IS NOT A VOICE CHAT MOD. THIS IS A FANCY VERSION OF A MUTE MOD.
This mod allows you to toggle off and on that users on your server need "voices" to talk. Use /toggleVoiceMod or toggle it in RTB preferences. Users without voices are unable to talk, ie. they are muted. You can include a list of player's BL_ID seperated by commas (3642,0,130 – etc) for users who have voices and make it so admins don't need voices to talk. Useful for shutting people up, or when you're announcing something important.

Useful for creating an RPG without noobs complaining/asking how to do things. Also, the RPG's main game notices/chat is in the chat message area.

Video servers get this best...since you don't get stupid noobs screaming in the background. Great for RPs too.

Only drawback: Do you have to add EVERYONE who can chat into the mod, or is it add everyone who you want to block?
