yes i'm making another colorset lol
A slight edit of an old Colorset I made a long time ago, including better and more refined colors; as well as being more organized. The colors are designed to be aged, condemned, or "abandoned"; for those types of builds.

I was hoping this would be a mod to manipulate the rain velocity or put rain in specific places.

Looks like an alright colorset, I will try it on my upcoming Cyberpunk RPG.

Needs a better transparant for windows, the only one besides the completely transparant is super foggy, there should be one thats in between
