360 Noscope Rifle

When you take out the weapon, it forces your player to spin 360 degrees.
After which, you can fire. (Or fire during the spin, up to you)

Firing after a 360 changes the weapon to a Ray-Cast shot. Dealing 1000 damage for an instant kill.
If you fire without doing a 360 first, the rifle will only deal 40 damage.

Either way, makes for a really fun experience. I was testing this with a handful of people tonight, and I was bursting out laughing as I tried to get my "360 No sc0pes" on people.
