as follows

Go to Computer
My Documents
Blockland (or wherever your BL installation is)
Go to your Addons Folder.
Find this addon. (Vehicle_Escargot.zip)
Delete it.
If blockland is open restart blockland.

And there! Its gone

or....simply...disable it..
