Beta CityGen GUI

I'm working on a city generator which employs a special "prop marker" brick type. The attributes of prop markers can be set using the wrench, but only if you have this add-on.

This add-on does absolutely nothing except in the context of the city generator I'm working on, which currently only ever appears on my server. You should only get this if you want to help me create content for testing.

Shut up, Legospy. He clearly said in the description that it only works on his server. Besides, you DO NOT tell the creator of the Creeper Mod to not upload anything he creates.
