Toggle Suicide

V3 is here, bringing with it full customization and ease of use via RTB!


This add-on is simple, it toggles suicide. I had this idea one day when people were going through a maze I had built, and whenever someone got stuck they would kill themselves.

No longer shall this happen. Type /togglesuicide, and if you are a Super Admin, a nice little message pops up telling everyone in the server that suicide is on/off.

If someone tries to suicide while suicide is on, they die.
Try it when it's off? They get a custom message set by a Super Admin (RTB users) or a default message (Non-RTB users).

Does this work on /suicide, too? Or just ctrl-k?

ctrl+k is the default keybind for /suicide. Therefore it works for both.

very good but you should be able to edit the mesage when people try to use ctrl+k

extremley usless i mean it might stop kill spam but really what if you need it and you are stuck in a wall or glitched somewhere???

It is there for when you have a server with a jail or something... and by the way, I think a host would help whoever if that happens, and check events (thats the only way it could happen) for the flaw that caused it.

This is great for those CityRp's where while a cop is chasing a wanted person they suicide to escape. So if you turn it off then it would be like:

(After the noob gets outta jail)
Noob: OMG YOU HACKED ME I WAS GONNA PAY OMGOMGOMG!
Cop: There is this new script that can toggle suiciding.
Noob: Can you please turn it off??!!
Admin: No, it is there for a reason to stop idiots like you from escaping cops.
Admin: When your wanted you are wanted

I saw this in Stone Brick's RPG server, he turned suicide off when I got stuck in a theiving stall I had jumped on. xD Besides being fun to use when people get stuck, this could be useful for evented jails and such. DLed

Wait, nevermind, it doesn't work! Dude, I disable it, and they say: "Ok, I'll just suicide!" And believe it or not, they suicide, WITH it off! Please fix this bug.

Now THIS is something I'll mess people up with. For example, I disable suicide and I build bricks on them and they can't escape. The way I see it, it might be the next trick for April Fools.

It's also good for pokŽmon RPs to make sure a trainer doesn't suicide with pokŽmon causing the pokŽmon to never get out.

@Blockland1337 That's the version of the mod. All mods are compatible with all the new versions of Blockland. Unlike Minecraft.

Good in RPs for when someone is in jail, they cant kill themselves and respawn. 5/5
