Custom Resolution

2 KB, 11 years ago, submitted by DannyBoy

This mod will allow users to set their own custom resolutions quick and easily because resolution selection in the options GUI can be limited depending on the size of the monitor. To use this go into options and make sure you are in the graphics tab. In display options you will see a button labelled "Custom Resolution". Click on it and the custom resolution GUI will open and then all you have to do is enter the resolution you want and click OK and you will have your new resolution. When you open the Custom Resolution GUI it will tell you your current resolution as well

If you try to enter a width below 640 and a height below 480 you will get a message telling you that you have entered an invalid resolution. This is because Blockland cannot go below a resolution of 640x480. You will also receive this message if you try to enter a value which is not a number.

Now compatible with v21

Also a question I am getting a lot now is "What happens if you enter a resolution which is greater than your computer's resolution?" Well to answer that it will just go to the highest supported resolution if you do that.

Note: Depending on your monitor this may only work in fullscreen.

Thats a problem with your monitor. It works on both fullscreen and window mode.

You should've made "version" say v21 in the picture.

I couldn't be arsed listening to silly people who believe it ask how did I get V21

Anyone who has downloaded V2 of this before the update is approved should redownload as the custom resolution GUI is now centered in the screen when it is opened (unless you move it that is). Just a tiny little thing I overlooked but its fixed now
