Muffin's Sci-Fi emitters

This is a port of the old SciFi emitters I made pre-V12, they have been cleaned up a bit to be better incorporated within V12's new functions. There is also an additional emitter as well as an overall performance boost on all emitters.

Most of them require a 1x1x3 or 1x1x1F brick. I can't do anything about that.

its too bad that emitters do not show up through transparent bricks. these would be great for making a synergy core or a fusion reactor or whatever the hell it is your making thats space-ish.
