Spawn Message

You can set a message using:
/SetSpawnMess
or
the RTB Pref Manager in server controls.

This message shows when someone spawns. You could make it say rules, or what your doing, or anything else.

No pictures needed. Works with RTB, and no RTB.

Hmmm... not a bad idea, but really, if someone wants to see rules, you can have them set out with question mark prints and onActivate events, or have them have to read the rules to enter the main part of a minigame (again with question mark prints and onActivate events), or even have them pageup to see them, if they don't read them... not our fault... kick/ban.
