You really went overkill on the transparents. 3 entire columns just for them is completely unnecessary. Also, the column to the farthest left just looks like you took the column to it's right and just increased the brightness of it. Overall, there are just too many bad parts here. However, you did make a decent variation of colors, despite the overwhelming amount of transparents leaving little room for such a matter to be acheived.
