Output Event - Damage Flash

Adds two output events for Player objects:
setDamageFlash: Flashes the player's screen red by a given amount (up to 80%), similar to the player "damage" effect
setWhiteOut: Flashes the player's screen white by a given amount (up to 80%), similar to the skis "crash" effect

This does both - "setDamageFlash" is red, "setWhiteOut" is white.

Love it! So useful for things like flashbacks in coordination with camera events, or if you are making a teleporter, or perhaps even a wall-mounted flash and all.

Is there a fade effect? One that makes it black instead of white? If not, think you could make an event that does it? Would make me increase the rating too high.
