Projectile - Energy Ball

A projectile for the Events system which causes instant death for players upon contact, with a special death CI. It bounces off walls and lasts ten seconds before exploding into glowing debris.
1)Your duplicating a default sound.
2)This should probably belong in event mods because its spawned using events.
Although I may be able to update it and make a louder sound profile just using the one from the Radio Wave, I'm not sure. I'll go try it.
Good idea. I wasn't sure where to put it since I assumed the event mods section was for things that actually add new events for things

Another thing is that Portals seem to increase this things lifetime.
Portal2 is probally releasing in fall 2010,valve said.
