Advanced Chat Effects

This chat mod can do a variety of things.
It allows people to use color codes and personal reference codes in certain chat.
For example, typing:
"?\c1I like \c0%1\c1."
Would send out the chat message where it would say in blue "I like", and the persons name in red, the %1 is replaced by whoever is getting the chat message, it let's you personally address everyone. To use color codes or personal address, you need to prefix the statement with a question mark.
It also allows for rainbow chat, by prefixing your statment with an exclamation point, like this:
"!rainbow chat here"
It also allows the host to change the default chat colors in three parts, clan tag color, name color, and message color. All in all with a default color set up (8 color choices), that's 512 possible combination.
It also has word filtering capabilities. Unlike the standard filter which can just block words, this one can let you choose a new word to replace it with, typing:
/newwordfilter no yes
would make every time "no" is said change into "yes".
Word filters can be removed with "/removewordfilter <word>" where the argument is the before change word that the filter searches for.
Anyone in the server can type "/listwordfilters" to get a list of word filters in use.

Also, to use other mods which may package chat, or to just get around the filters, you can prefix your statements with a "@" or a "$", the "@" bypass leaves the symbol while the "$" bypass does not.

Also, everything here comes with settings on who is allowed to use them, rainbow chat, personal address, color code usage, filter bypassing, and more all have prefs on who is allowed to use them, the four choices being:
-anyone
-admins
-super admins
-host only

Tested to work with every client sided mod in RTB that can be found by searching "chat", also can work with many other mods witch use chat, by using the filter bypass ( e.g. disguise mod uses chat to have you pick a team, and to do so you have to type "$1" instead of just "1", but it still works)
