Toggable Player Lights

Other than the part about setting all lights off when you turn them off, my script already does the same. Hmm. Sounds nice anyway, but I already have one :D

How about a Light Toggle that can disable lights for all players except for Leaders of a TDM, or something like that? That would be cool, I guess.

This is really needed.

All of these new mods are making admin incharge of abisulty everything, and now being able to control players lights. Whats next, being able to control everything about another player, not fair!

Its a reupload, the original was on RTB 2 and was never uploaded to RTB 3, but it is one of my favorite server mods and I felt it needed to be put back up
