Effing Magnets

Adds two events to the game that will cause bricks to attract vehicles.
BecomeOwnersEffingMagnet sets the brick to be the brick owner's effing magnet, as well as the strength (which also depends on the size of the brick). Each player may only have one effing magnet at a time (the previous one becomes a normal brick).
ToggleOwnersEffingMagnet can be checked or unchecked to turn effing magnets on or off, respectively. This may be used on any brick, and the owner of that brick will have their own effing magnet toggled, if it exists. Effing magnets are "off" by default.
DISCLAIMER: Like the rest of humanity, I don't know how effing magnets work (don't link me anything written by scientists, they just lie and get me peeved!). The process is a very, very rough approximation of magnetic forces and if you open the script and use it for your homework you will fail your physics class.
I need it for a build. Also if a vehicle (a Jeep for instance) Passes by this brick, but not far enough to pull it in, will it rotate the vehicle? (Theory of inertia applied in vehicle's direction it is facing)
