2/27/2011 - Final update, just some tiny edits, no longer plan to make extra packs.
Lightning Bolt
The Lightning Bolt is a basic electrical power. The player can fire Lightning Bolts from his/her hands. They are fairly weak, only dealing 5 damage each. But only costing the player 2 points of electricity, you should have this power ready.
Static Thrusters
Static Thrusters is an ability that allows the player to project static electricity from their hands, so instead of just free falling, you can descend slowly from the sky in a gliding fashion. Static Thrusters are entirely dependent on momentum. The player can be steered but no additional upward momentum can be generated after the initial jump, and presumably air resistance causes their momentum to slow fairly quickly in addition to manual course corrections.
Playertype
The player is able to perform Parkour, much like the Agile Player. Wall clinging is very useful when there are enemies on the opposite side of the wall. You are able to grab the top and fire any weapon over. Slightly enhanced speed for a running effect.
Credit
Credit to Amade for the Elemental Spellpack for the Lightning Bolt and isMage Playertype variable. Also for the energy drain when using electrical abilities, to be used in future updates. Amade had no direct participation, he only gave me permission to use some code. Also, credit to Keonesan for the idea and helping me mount a model and emitter to two mount points, balancing the weapons and helping me fix the energy drain.
Notes
-There are no required add-ons for this to work, except the Radiowave Projectile which you should have since it is default.
-To climb a wall, make sure you are colliding with it. Hold down your jet key (default right mouse button) and repeatedly tap your jump key (default spacebar). To hold onto a wall, stop hitting your jump key, but keep your jet button held down, then activate the wall (default left mouse button). To let go of the wall, activate the wall a second time.
-This uses an older version of the Agile Player, different code and different controls.
-The 'energy drain on weapon fire' only works with the 'inFamous Player'.
-You cannot climb walls while using the Static Thrusters, that would be pretty cheap.
-To stop using the Static Thrusters, fire them a second time.

Aim at a wall, make sure you are aiming at an upward angle. Hold your jet button and continue to tap your jump button. You can hold onto a wall or edge while climbing up it. While climbing it, stop tapping spacebar, and then clcik or tap your fire button, continue to hold down your jet button to hang onto the wall or ledge, you can also fire weapons while holding onto a wall or ledge.
Now i can PWN kessler in blockland :P

Yes you can climb walls, it's called Parkour or, Freerunning. Not 'doing the spiderman'.
As in fire the weapon? Just like any weapon that shoots a projectile click the Left Mouse Button (default) to fire Lightning Bolts. Static Thrusters you do the same but they do not apply damage to anything, they are to slowly descend or cross large gaps.

How so? Are you trying to climb it correctly? Aim at the wall at an upward angle, hold your jet button, and continously hit your jump button while still holdind down your jet button to climb.
Also, I don't want the Shockwave Power to overwrite Phydeox's ShockWave Gun. Shall I rename the Shockwave power iShockwave or do any of you have a better idea. Also, the drain energy on weapon use is broken, in v2 shall I just release the updates. Then in v3, update it so the drain energy works?
I can use the agile playertype very well. So it really shouldnt be a problem on how to use it for me.
ok there is a glitch when you use the static thrusters.
Once you fire it
you can't climb walls anymore and you can't go third person also you walk slower for some reason.

That is not a glitch. You're not supposed to be able to climb walls while using the Static Thrusters. You are walking slow becuase there is drag becuase the Static Thrusters are still active. To de-activate them fire them again, once the electrical emmiter is gone, they are no longer active.

There are NO required add-ons for this to work, if there were, I would have said so.
Notice how the heading says 'Separate Power Pack' and 'Evil Power Pack'. They will be released as a separate add-on to reduce datablock usage. That way, you won't have 50+ datablocks being loaded.
The new power packs will come out soon, right?
Three powers isn't enough for me.
The no-swmming player just makes you sink in the water, but I could probally code something that kills you when you enter water.
Mind releasing that in some seperate add on and maybe update it so you can jump off of the walls too?
@Jirue, the playertype you want is Agile Player, it can jump off of and climb walls. If this playertype did so as well, it would almost be a copy.
Hovering is not the same as descending slowly/gliding. No, it does not break 1st person view, the third person only playertype variable is part of Blockland, but I am going to remove the third person only feature and add a bunch of other things and bug fixes in v3.
It would be interesting to somehow include the ability to use the, 'induction grind' if that is the correct name, power.
I have no clue how it would work though.
Either way, I agree with Extrude. The default "Lightning" particle kinda looks like garbage....
