Some high-tech sounds for your enjoyment.
Credit goes to Leopard for helping to fix a bug with server.cs and for providing the original testing server.

As of now (Version 5), I will not be adding any more sounds to this soundpack. I will instead probably create a new one for other sounds so that people don't have to worry about their datablocks getting maxed out.
Other than that,
Not much else to say (Except for don't comment like a douchebag).
The code 3 alert sound is loud so everyone hears it, so use it sparingly.
