Star trek still kicks star wars ass for many reasons :P

1: they have transporter technology
2: they have transporter buffers that can make infinite amounts of storage space.
3: they have highly advanced targeting computers
4: they do not have any issues with mass shadows in hyperspace like they do in star wars

BUT star trek can still get grinded to pulp by star wars too!

1: the ships in star trek have extremely volatile engines that can blow up the whole ship from just a phaser blast
