Please Note: YES This face pack glows in the dark, NO you can't see the light on the ground. You CAN see ANY face decal in the dark, but this one looks a lot more intimidating!

umm, i treid these and they do glow, but not very brightly. its a really faint glow.

All prints do this, there is no special function to make them "glow," so there is no "brightness" lol.
