Black Scythe

This is my very first 3D model / Weapon used to make a Blockland Add-On.

With a damage of 200 and slow attack speed, it can be realistically used in a Blockland Deathmatch without it being "Unfair", although some people may still disagree.

The original 'Scythe' weapon created by 'MasterLegoDude' inspired this newer model to be created. I disliked his smaller model, although it was a little more "Lego-Like" than this newer one simply because it's blade was short, and it was just another weapon without emphasis on what it truly was meant to be.

Had to change file. Missed a few name-changes in server.cs file which caused it to break when the sword was actively on. (sorry) fixed now. Also also - I know what's needed now in the server.cs, so hopefully this won't reoccur.

Does it have animations?

Actually, I made it as a prop. It does animate in 3rd person, but in first, I personally would rather just see that I hold a Scythe in my hand. You know, rather than have this massive thing swinging like no tomorrow.

Is it fast like the sword or is it slow like the weapons in the tf2 melee weapon pack?

Slow. In fact it takes like 2 seconds to attack again.

All you need is to get the assasins creed hood decal and turn it black. Then get the black coat decal and turn it black.Finally you need the scythe. POOF...Your the Grim Reaper!!!!!!!!:)

It's a prop. The damage is just for.... well, for aesthetics really.

Brutal-looking blade..the handle i gt say has to be blocko..

*want a future sythe as this*

It looks like your holding it 2 handed
It looks like it's slanted going north-easy from your crosshair
It has a custom swing action
Can cut heads off and maybe even like blood and gore knock it off the body and like the legs and feet fall of onto the ground
One hit and Low swing rate..would be an epic killer..

I probably should update, and fix this to not only swing, but look better. It WAS my first Add-On... sheesh.

Well. This does need flatshaded, do you not know how to flatshade with MS3D, if you have MS3D that is.

I'm not even going to answer that since you haven't read ANY of the previous comments, nor have you checked my Add-On history before insulting me. The history with flatshaded Add-Ons.

Much more epic than the other one. I like how you made it slower. Why would this be bargian binned and not the other more un-realistic and cheap one?

Well, hypothetically, a scythe would naturally kill a person with one shot, being as you decapitate them easily, and the fact that the average blockhead has 100, their are stronger playertypes and the bigger your size, the more health.

Flatshade it, and will be more 5/5ish, But normal, 3/5.

The thing is good looking but it takes forever to hit after you used it once and plus it dosent work on all servers I would like it better as a non dammage prop but i will giver it a 2/10

I think the reason this got bargain binned is because weapons that do overkill damage, atleast to my knowlage, give errors.

dogburn it wont work on all servers because you useualy need to use it on yours

Sweet, perfect for ninjas with 200 damage.
The slow attack speed might be a problem in the unlikely event that I miss though.

Dogburn, you're a moron. Only CLIENTSIDE mods work on all servers and there's no such thing as a clientside weapon. So go away until you've learned something. (Wow, that last bit failed.)
